# Email branding

> Add your logo and write your own review request and reward emails.

Make review emails look like they come from your store.

## Logo

**Settings → Branding**: paste a logo image URL. It appears at the top of review request emails and the review form. Leave it empty to use the RealProof logo.

## Subject and message

- **Review request**: custom subject and message
- **Reward email**: custom subject and message

Leave a field empty to use the default text.

## Tips

- Keep the subject short and specific, for example *How is your new heat gun?*
- Say how long the review takes and thank customers for their time
- Use a square logo with a transparent or white background
