# Managing reviews

> Approve, reject, hide and edit customer reviews in one place.

Every review lands in **Reviews**, where you decide what appears on your store.

## Statuses

| Status | Meaning |
| --- | --- |
| **Pending** | Waiting for your decision. Not shown on your store |
| **Approved** | Shown on your store |
| **Rejected** | Never shown |
| **Hidden** | Approved but temporarily removed from the storefront |

## Actions

- **Approve** or **Reject** a pending review from its row.
- **Hide** an approved review to take it off the storefront without rejecting it. Use **Show** to bring it back.
- Select several rows to **bulk approve, reject or hide**.
- Use the tabs (All, Pending, Approved, Rejected, Hidden) to filter.
- **View** shows the product, **View photo** and **View video** open customer media.

## Editing reviews

On the **All In One** plan, the **Edit** button lets you correct the customer name, rating (including half stars), text and photos. Use it for typos or removing personal details, not to change what the customer meant.

## Ratings

Customers rate from 1 to 5 stars. Imported reviews can use half stars such as 4.5, and the widget shows them exactly.
