# FAQ and troubleshooting

**The header menu is hard to read on a page.**
Add the **Solid Header** section to that page.

**Stars aren't showing on product cards.**
Stars only appear once a review app has saved ratings for that product.

**The cart drawer doesn't open after Add to cart.**
Check that **Theme settings → Cart → Cart type** is set to **Drawer**.

**The country selector isn't in the footer.**
It only appears when you sell to more than one country (**Settings → Markets**).

**My hero video doesn't play on iPhone.**
Use an MP4 (H.264) file. Videos autoplay only when muted, which Rhode does automatically. Turn off Low Power Mode to test.

**Can I use these sections on other pages?**
Yes. Every section under **Custom pages** works on any page template.
