Who builds these apps?
Our apps are built by the team behind ShopifyGuro, a Shopify Plus agency working with Shopify stores since 2010.
Where can I find documentation?
Every app has a documentation section with a guide for each module. Each guide says which plan includes the feature.
How do I get support?
Use the support chat inside the app, or send us a message from the contact page. We usually reply within one business day.
Can I suggest a feature or a new app?
Yes. Use the "Suggest an improvement" button in the app, or tell us on the contact page.
RealProof
What does RealProof do?
RealProof collects reviews from your customers automatically after each order, lets you moderate them and shows them on your store with a review widget, a rating badge, social proof and UGC videos.
Can customers add photos and videos?
Yes. Customers can add up to three photos and one video to a review. You approve everything before it appears.
Can I import the reviews I already have?
Yes. Import from Judge.me or your own spreadsheet with a CSV. Half-star ratings such as 4.5 are supported. CSV import is included from the Pro plan.
Does RealProof work with Google Shopping?
The All In One plan includes a reviews feed for Google Merchant Center. Google decides whether to show the stars and generally needs around 50 reviews and a product barcode or SKU.
Will it match my theme?
You can change colors, columns, the title and which parts show. The widgets work with Online Store 2.0 themes through theme blocks.
Can I turn off review emails?
Yes. Untick the review request option in Settings and no emails are sent.
Pricing and billing
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan lets you collect, moderate and show reviews with the review widgets. You can upgrade whenever you need more.
How am I billed?
Billing runs through Shopify. Plan charges appear on your normal Shopify invoice, and you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel from Shopify.
Do development stores pay?
No. Shopify development stores are never charged, so you can test every feature before you launch.
What happens if I downgrade?
Your data and settings are kept. Features outside the lower plan stop working until you upgrade again.
What is the Enterprise plan?
Enterprise is for stores that need something custom. It includes everything in All In One plus custom feature requests. Use the contact form on the pricing page and we will build a plan around your store.
