Move your reviews from Judge.me with a CSV

Switching review apps should not mean losing years of reviews. You can export them as a CSV and import them into RealProof.

1. Export from Judge.me

In Judge.me, export your reviews as a CSV file. Keep the file unedited if you can.

2. Check the product match

RealProof matches each row to a Shopify product by product ID, handle or URL. If you changed handles since the review was written, use the product ID.

3. Import

In RealProof, open Import, choose Judge.me and upload the file. RealProof checks every row in the background and shows how many are ready and why any are skipped.

4. Choose pending or approved

Import as Pending if you want to look first, or Approved to publish straight away. You can Undo import at any time to remove everything that import created.

Things to know

• Files can hold up to 5,000 reviews and 10 MB
• Half-star ratings such as 4.5 are supported
• Duplicates are skipped, so re-importing is safe
