Import reviews from CSV
Bring existing reviews from Judge.me or your own spreadsheet.
Move reviews you already have into RealProof. Duplicates are prevented, so importing the same file twice does not create copies.
Choose a source
- Judge.me: use the CSV exported from Judge.me
- Direct CSV: use your own spreadsheet with the RealProof template
Download the template from the import page.

Steps
- Import → choose a source → upload the CSV.
- RealProof checks every row in the background. Large files take a few minutes.
- Open the preview to see how many rows are ready and why others are skipped.
- Choose whether the reviews are imported as Pending or Approved, then click Import.
Undo
In Import history, Undo import removes every review that import created and refreshes the product ratings.
Genuine reviews only
You may only import real reviews from real customers. Fabricated, paid, copied or edited reviews are not allowed, and imported reviews are not verified purchases. Before every import you confirm this and accept the Review Import Policy. We record your confirmation.
Common problems
- No Shopify product matched: check the product ID, handle or URL.
- Rating must be 1 to 5: ratings must be whole or half numbers.
Available on the Pro plan and above.
