Email branding
Add your logo and write your own review request and reward emails.
Make review emails look like they come from your store.
Logo
Settings → Branding: paste a logo image URL. It appears at the top of review request emails and the review form. Leave it empty to use the RealProof logo.
Subject and message
- Review request: custom subject and message
- Reward email: custom subject and message
Leave a field empty to use the default text.
Tips
- Keep the subject short and specific, for example How is your new heat gun?
- Say how long the review takes and thank customers for their time
- Use a square logo with a transparent or white background
