UGC videos
A draggable, shoppable video player that links shoppers to the product.
Show customer and product videos in a small floating player. Shoppers can watch, drag it around and tap through to the product.
Set up
- In the theme editor, open Theme settings → App embeds and turn on UGC Video. The Overview page reminds you if it is off.
- Open UGC Video in the app and choose videos from your Shopify Files.
- Assign each video to a product.
- Turn on Enable UGC Video widget.
Settings
- Initial screen position of the player
- Preview size
- Shop button label, for example "Shop now"
- Enable or disable each video
Reporting
RealProof counts video clicks and the shop clicks that follow, shown on Analytics.
Available on the Pro plan and above.
